Recent Weddings

Last summer, my oldest daughter Brianna got married to a lovely Kiwi - Ray. She met him when she was working on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. It was a small wedding on a beautiful summer day and we were lucky enough to share it with Ray's family as well.
This is still my favourite shot, even after seeing the professional pictures. It says it all to me - we're happy, we're in love and we did it!

Our little family gathered together for this great shot. Missing are Courtney (working in Alberta), Alicia (going to school in Australia) and Jamie (volunteering at the Boy Scout Jamboree in England).

In June, Vicki and I made a last-minute decision to go to our cousin Wendy's wedding in Peterborough. Although it was a very fast 2 and 1/2 days, most of which were spent travelling, we were really glad to go and represent Mom - after all, she considered Wendy as one of her grandchildren.
Wendy and Brian surprised everyone by having a fresh, fun choreographed first dance. If they have half as much fun in their marriage, they will have a long, happy life.
